Whether your event is indoors or out, we can fully support you. We offer quiet generators with up to 25,000 watts of power, heating, lighting, and tents for cooking as well as food prep. We carry professional propane ovens, ranges, convection ovens with brands like Wolf. Professional transit and warming boxes that have adjustable thermostats, insulated Cambro tray carriers, Cambro thermovats for hot liquids, Farberware coffee servers, Towable wood and charcoal grills, and even a Cambro portable sink with running water! And of course, a wide variety of tables and chairs. For serving, we offer a number of china patterns and the popular wide rimmed European solid Alaska white china with Oneida European sized flatware in the Astragal pattern. Note that we can accomodate other sizes by using a combination of the tents mentioned above.
